"Together we make electronics live longer"
CycleIT makes it easy for companies to extend the lifetime of their IT equipment through repair, reuse and smarter lifecycle solutions.
Why CycleIT?
Electronics should be used for as long as possible. Too much IT equipment is replaced before it needs to be.
Sometimes because repair is inconvenient. Sometimes because surplus equipment is difficult to manage. And sometimes simply because replacing a device is easier than extending its life. We believe extending the lifetime of electronics should be the easy choice. That is why we have built CycleIT around one simple idea: removing the barriers that prevent companies from keeping IT equipment in use for longer.

Our story...
From repair company to IT lifecycle partner.
CycleIT started as Mr. Mac, with repair at the heart of the business. In 2016, we moved repair out of the workshop and directly to our customers with on-site repair.
Working closely with companies gave us a broader understanding of what actually determines how long electronics stay in use. We saw that extending the lifetime of IT equipment requires more than repair.
It requires making repair easier. Making reuse easier. Making pre-owned equipment a credible alternative to new. And creating solutions that help companies think about the entire lifecycle of their IT equipment.
In 2022, Mr. Mac became CycleIT to reflect that broader mission. Today, we help more than 200 companies manage their IT equipment with one goal in mind: Keep electronics in use for longer.
Our approach
Sustainability that works in practice.
The sustainable choice only works if people actually choose it. That is why convenience is at the centre of everything we do. We bring repair to the user. We collect even small quantities of surplus IT. We handle data erasure, testing and grading. And we make pre-owned equipment and repair simple alternatives to buying new. Because when extending the lifetime of electronics becomes the easiest option, more electronics stay in use.
